HOW WE WORK
Properly marketing your business is a full-time job. Developing sound strategy and implementing the appropriate marketing tactics takes time. Updating social networks, handling media relations, designing collateral, scheduling photographers, meeting with printers, and buying and placing media can be overwhelming–especially if you’re a one-person marketing department. We will work with your team to develop a strategic communications plan first. The plan will research your current situation, market, audience and audience insights/truths along with a SWOT analysis. You’ll send us your business goals and we’ll develop a comprehensive communications plan with key communications strategies and tactics. We can execute the plan, or you can. It’s up to you.
Before forming True Creative, Jill Williams developed her vast experience in both agency and corporate marketing settings. The past 15 years she led clients like Jack Daniels' Whiskey, Korbel Champagne, Caesars Casinos and Coors Light through event, promotional and brand marketing. She created national promotions partnering with the Super Bowl, NFL, Rascal Flatts, Brooks & Dunn, Indy 500 and the Kentucky Derby.
In 2007, she was tapped to lead marketing at Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Derby. In her 4 years as Churchill Downs’ Director of Marketing, she developed several innovative racing, entertainment and hospitality programs like the wildly popular night racing product, Downs After Dark.
Jill joined Bright Red/TBWA in 2011, and managed the U.S. advertising for The Islands of the Bahamas, the City of Pensacola and Pensacola International Airport, navigating projects through the maze of both city and national governments. Recently, Jill moved to Dothan, Alabama, and led The Downtown Group in the marketing and redevelopment of the heart of the “Circle City” –Downtown Dothan.
While Erich is a master at making a brand and sales impact in the marketplace, his work is distinguished for the cultural impact he’s made on behalf of some of the world’s most celebrated tourist destinations across the globe. He was instrumental in leading the branding initiatives for The British Virgin Islands, The Islands of the Bahamas, Aruba and The Ritz-Carlton branded Resorts, Clubs and Residences worldwide.
He cut his creative teeth on both coasts at some of the industry’s most
prestigious advertising agencies, including Young & Rubicam, TBWA/Chiat Day, GREY and Bright Red/TBWA, where he honed his ability to transform brands – and often those agencies – across all platforms.
His energy, business savvy and sheer passion for creating engaging work make him one of the great personalities in our industry. And one of the most inspiring.
